HTML/CSS Development
Retainer — 10 hrs/mo
Ongoing front-end development support for the AAMI marketing team. 10 hours per month, billed on a recurring basis. Work is submitted through the designated portal and delivered remotely within agreed turnaround windows.

Front-end HTML & CSS only. No backend, database, third-party integrations, or copywriting unless separately scoped.
Auto-billed on the 1st of each month. Failed payments trigger a 5-day grace period, then service is paused.
30 days written notice required. Hours already billed in the current period are non-refundable.
1. Service Scope
This retainer covers front-end HTML and CSS development only. Work must be submitted via the designated client portal with sufficient detail (reference assets, copy, dimensions, and deadline) for execution. Requests lacking required detail will be returned for clarification; turnaround timers begin upon receipt of a complete request.
Excluded from this retainer: JavaScript development beyond minor functional edits, backend or server-side code, API integrations, database work, hosting management, QA testing, and copywriting.
2. Hours & Rollover
Retainer hours are allocated monthly. Hours not used within the calendar month expire and do not carry forward to subsequent billing periods. Overage beyond 10 hours will be quoted and invoiced separately prior to execution.
3. Turnaround & Delivery
Standard turnaround is 48–72 business hours per request. Complex, multi-template, or multi-file requests may require a revised timeline, which will be communicated before work begins. MSAG will make reasonable efforts to meet stated deadlines but is not liable for delays caused by incomplete briefs, late asset delivery, or client revision cycles.
4. Meetings
The initial discovery call is included at no charge. All subsequent meetings, calls, or synchronous collaboration sessions will be billed at MSAG's standard advisory hourly rate and invoiced separately. Minimum billing increment is 30 minutes.
5. Payment Terms
- Subscription begins on the date of the first successful payment.
- Recurring billing occurs on the 1st of each month thereafter.
- A 5-day grace period applies to failed payments before service is paused.
- MSAG reserves the right to suspend work during any period of non-payment.
- No refunds are issued for partially used months or months already billed.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel this retainer with 30 days written notice sent to info@msagtech.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Hours already billed in the active period remain due and non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment for each billing period, the client owns all deliverables produced during that period. MSAG retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Liability
MSAG's total liability under this agreement is capped at the value of the current month's retainer fee. MSAG is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of delivered code, including but not limited to revenue loss, data loss, or business interruption.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
10. Acceptance
By completing payment you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. Subscription constitutes a binding service agreement between the client organization and Modern Solutions Advisory Group (MSAG).
